Payments

Checkout, payment processing, taxes/VAT (where applicable), receipts, and buyer support are handled by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record.

Your payment will appear on your statement as a Paddle transaction.

Digital delivery

All products sold here are delivered digitally.

After purchase, delivery is usually immediate. You will receive:

  • an on-screen confirmation with access instructions, and
  • an email receipt from Paddle that includes your download link or delivery instructions.

First, please check Spam/Junk and Promotions/Updates folders.
If you still can’t find the email after a few minutes, Paddle Buyer Support (paddle.net) is the quickest way to locate your purchase and resend delivery emails or receipts.

Refunds (digital products)

These are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital files can be accessed right away, refunds are limited.

Refund requests may be considered in cases such as:

  • duplicate charges (e.g., the same purchase billed twice),
  • a technical delivery issue that cannot be resolved (e.g., you cannot access the files after reasonable support attempts), or
  • other exceptional situations required by applicable consumer law in your region.
