Delivery (digital access)

All products sold here are delivered digitally.

Checkout, payment processing, taxes/VAT (where applicable), receipts, and delivery emails are handled by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record.

After purchase, you will typically receive:

  • an on-screen confirmation with access instructions, and
  • an email receipt from Paddle that includes your download link or delivery instructions.

If you can’t find your email

Please check:

  • Spam / Junk
  • Promotions (Gmail)
  • Updates / Other tabs

If you still can’t find it, the fastest solution is to contact Paddle Buyer Support. They can locate your purchase and resend delivery emails or receipts.

A small note on downloads

Digital delivery is designed to be immediate. In rare cases, the delivery email may be filtered or delayed. Please check Spam/Junk and Promotions/Updates folders first. If you still can’t find the email after a few minutes, Paddle Buyer Support is the quickest way to locate your purchase and resend the delivery email.
